Simon Stern has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. He had ownership in 14 nursing facilities before founding Green Tree with Ari. He regularly invests heavy capital into the assets to ensure that the physical plant presents well and invests heavily in direct patient care. Through this strategy of making sure that the nursing homes are an appealing place to send loved ones, he regularly sees financial success in skilled nursing facilities.

After Ari obtained his Bachelor's degree, he wanted to pursue a career where he could make a difference, so he went into the healthcare industry. His years spent as an LNHA, gives him a unique perspective of the needs of his residents and staff alike.
